Andrea: Today we went to Dallman pastry shop. Where they told us how to make Mozart-kugel, or Mozart balls. Mozart balls are made of almond and pistachio paste. Wrapped in nougat and dipped in chocolate, then left to dry. After that amazing experience, we went Mauthausen. A concentration camp located in Austria. Mauthausen was a very dark place and had really humbled my perspective on history. |
