GENOVA WEATHER SCHOOL -- PESTO MAKING
Gavin: So, today in Genova, we had another presentation and question day, meeting more and more interesting people as before. After school, we headed out on a scavenger hunt in Genova, looking for various landmarks in the city. Unfortunately, due to the nonstop raining, we were forced to cancel, and quit the hunt (which turned out to be a good thing). We got together and went to a café close to the aquarium. Afterwards, we moved to a kitchen, where we learned to make Pesto through the commands of a trained chef. After making Pesto, we moved upstairs and ate. The best part of the day would be taking pictures with everyone, and enjoying each others company before leaving. As such, this occasion was both depressing and satisfying... depressing because this was a step closer to leaving, and satisfying because happiness overcame everyone within the kitchen.
While I picked up the additional four adults, the student started the pesto making sessions. Pictures courtesy of Angela and Tim
