CLASS SCHEDULE – 2015

Ø  Participating in the Exchange XVIII is a team effort. Our classes are practice sessions so that when we depart for Europe, our team is ready to participate completely and successfully in our team effort. Just as athletes need to attend practice sessions in order to perfect their skills, participants in the Exchange Program must make an effort to attend all of our practice sessions. Coaches have been notified that times below are mandatory. If are absent, you are required to make up missed materials. Please have a dedicated person who keeps track of materials.

Ø  All students are expected to attend every practice session. Parents are welcome to attend if they wish. Absences from practice sessions will present serious problems for the students, the coordinators, for team-teaching, and for the successful completion of the program itself. During those sessions we will work on trip related issues such as team building, fundraiser preparation, and all aspects concerning the trip itself (history and importance of places to be visited). Other teacher chaperone(s) need to be familiar with group as well and will (team) teach certain topics!

Ø  Parents will be required to attend certain informational meetings so that they will be properly informed about the program, make payments as scheduled, sign certain documents and contracts etc.

**Airline tickets will run approx. $1350-1450. All participants will be notified how much airline tickets are. Payment is due immediately. ALL TICKET MONEY DUE within 24 hours of notification!!
