CLASS SCHEDULE – 1ST AND 2ND SEMESTER
Ø Participating in the Exchange IX is a team effort. Our meetings are practice sessions so that when we depart for Europe, our team is ready to participate completely and successfully in our team effort. Just like athletes need to attend practice sessions in order to perfect their skills, participants in the Exchange Program must attend all of our practice sessions—which are our classes and meetings –Italian Studies only starts 2nd semester and time is too short for adequate preparation.
Ø ALL Funds are NON-refundable!
Ø All students are expected to attend every practice session. Parents are welcome to attend all practice sessions if they wish. Absences from practice sessions will present serious problems for the students, the coordinators, and for the successful completion of the program itself. Therefore, students are required to attend all sessions. If you are ill and unable to attend, report to the coordinators the day you come back to get missed assignments. Absent students will have to make up time after school whenever teacher schedules a make-up session.
Ø Parents will be required to attend certain meetings so that they will be properly informed about the program, make payments as scheduled, sign certain documents and contracts etc.

On student meeting days, students will receive a pass to travel on Activity Bus
**Airline tickets will cost approx. $850-950+/-. Two to three days before the October 1 meeting, a note will be sent home how much the tickets will be. ALL TICKET MONEY DUE October 1!! No exceptions! Please make out all checks to ITALIAN EXCHANGE ALUMNI. Thank you.
