CLASS AND MEETING SCHEDULE – Subject to change

Ø      Participating in the Exchange X is a team effort. Our classes/meetings are practice sessions so that when we depart for Europe , our team is ready to participate completely and successfully in our team effort. Just like athletes need to attend practice sessions in order to perfect their skills, participants in the Exchange Program must attend all of our classes—which are our afternoon/evening meetings. Missing more than 3 classes/meetings (for whatever reason unless you bring in a doctor’s note) will result in a failing grade for the program. Missing more than 4 classes/meetings (for whatever reason) may result in a cancelled trip. ALL Funds are NON-refundable!

Ø      All students are expected to attend every class. Parents are welcome to attend all classes if they wish. Absences from classes will present serious problems for the students, the coordinators, and for the successful completion of the program itself. Therefore, students are required to attend all classes. If you are ill and unable to attend, report to the coordinators the day you come back to get missed assignments. Absent students will have to make up time after school whenever teacher schedules a make-up session.

Ø      Parents will be required to attend certain meetings in evening so that they will be properly informed about the program, make payments as scheduled, sign certain documents and contracts etc.

*Mandatory parent/s meeting -- Students report from 6 –8pm ; parents from 8-9pm

 On student meeting days, students will receive a pass to travel on Activity Bus

**Airline tickets will cost approx. $750+/-. Two to three days before the October 3 meeting, a note will be sent home how much the tickets will be. ALL TICKET MONEY DUE approx October 3-18!! No exceptions!
