Hello,

I'll start telling you something about myself: my name is Caterina, I'm 16 years old, I'm tallish and thin, I've got short brown wavy hair and blue eyes. I think I am a friendly talkative person.

I live in a apartment in a little town called Varallo Sesia, it has about 8,000 inhabitants including its hamlets. There are shops, a theater, a cinema, a disco and a lot of bars.

My mother is 40 years old and she has got a clothes boutique in the center of my town. I have a sister, she's younger than me, she's 7. My father works in Milan, he's 47 years old.

I have a dog called Pallina and two cats: Samy and Blue.

I’m in the third year of the "D'Adda" High School in Varallo. We have 6 periods a day; classes are sometimes boring because most of the time we have to follow frontal lessons. My favourite subjects are Latin, Philosophy, History of Art and German.

In my free time ( when I have some) I like going out with my friends, watching television and listening to music.

My hobbies are: playing volleyball, tennis, skiing.

I hope I’ll have the opportunity to come to the USA on the school exchange.
